Advance Carolina received notification on July 1, 2015 that it had been certified by the SC Department of Revenue (DOR) for the 2015-2016 year to operate as a Scholarship Funding Organization (SFO).  The DOR 2015 tax credit form is also available on our website.  Tax credit donations can be made immediately and should follow the guidelines on the payment page of the Advance Carolina website.
