3)  Where do I send my check?  Checks should be sent to Advance Carolina, 615 St. Andrews Road, Columbia, SC  29210.

4)  How do I get my credit?  At the time you submit a check to Advance Carolina, a donor should complete and submit a SC Tax Form–SC SCH.TC-57A–and submit it to the SC Department of Revenue following the instructions on the form.  Advance Carolina strongly urges donors to submit via email.
